Health Minister Tony Clement meets with Rene Tshibamba and
a number of other Canadian scholarship winners at the XVI International
AIDS Conference on August 14. The scholarship program, supported
by the Public Health Agency of Canada and the Canadian Institutes
for Health Research, covered the travel and living expenses for
990 Canadian residents who would not otherwise have been able to
attend the conference.
