SUBJECT: AREA RECOMMENDATION FOR THE LICENSING OF AN OPERATOR OF A NEW ESTABLISHMENT REGISTERED UNDER THE MEAT INSPECTION ACT AND REGULATIONS LOCATED AT <Legal establishment address>, <City>, <Province>


Please be advised that the operator, <Operator name from the application form>, has all the equipment and material necessary to operate Establishment <Est. number> in accordance with the pertinent subsections of section 29 of the Meat Inspection Regulations, 1990.

I recommend the issuance of a Licence to Operate a Registered Establishment under the Meat Inspection Act and the Meat Inspection Regulations, 1990 as per the original application forms that were previously submitted to your office with a letter indicating the Area conditional acceptance of the blueprints for this project.

A completed NOTICE OF NEW INSPECTION SERVICES PROVIDED (Annex G, Chapter 2, Meat Hygiene Manual of Procedures) is attached to this letter.
