Celebrating a Community Achievement

Celebrating a Community Achievement

The successful implementation of the Project Management Training Courses web site was celebrated on December 6, 2001.

The event was attended by representatives of the Information Technology Community which sponsored the project, training institutions that provide course information for the data base, the CIOB Web Team which designed the Web application, and staff of the Organizational Readiness Office which provided project management support to the initiative.

The event was hosted by Ken Cochrane of the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency and Jean L'Abbé of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police who acted as champions of the project on behalf of the IT Community. Ed Fine, Executive Director of the ORO, was Master of Ceremonies and Chief Information Officer Michelle d'Auray was on hand to congratulate the community on its success.
