Description:
These regulations prescribe the procedures for conducting environmental assessment for projects outside Canada that involve the federal government (in which a federal authority exercises a power or performs a duty or function as described in section 5(1a) or 5(1b) of the Act) while respecting the sovereignty of foreign states and international law.

The CEAA also maintains a public registry system where you can consult a master list of all the environmental assessments carried out under Act. The registry also provides a contact person for each assessment to provide the public with an opportunity to obtain additional information they may require.
