Exclusion List Regulations

Description:
In an effort to streamline the EIA process these regulations prescribe those projects and classes of projects expected to have insignificant effects for which an environmental assessment is not required.

The registry also provides a contact person for each assessment to provide the public with an opportunity to obtain additional information they may require.
