Description:
In an effort to streamline the EIA process these regulations prescribe those projects and classes of projects expected to have insignificant effects for which an environmental assessment is not required.

  • The CEAA also maintains a public registry system where you can consult a master list of all the environmental assessments carried out under Act. The registry also provides a contact person for each assessment to provide the public with an opportunity to obtain additional information they may require.
