The company contact is < >. Recall System The owner of the company will make the final decision whether to remove product from the marketplace. Our Sales Department will track all sales, including a description of the product sold and the quantities, as well as the customer's name and address. We will test the system once per year for compliance. Complaint System All complaints will be investigated by < >. Investigations will include an evaluation of any product provided by the complainant and any product remaining in storage. In cases where the complaint questions the safety of the fish, the CFIA will be contacted immediately. The investigation will include consultation with the CFIA to verify whether or not the complaint involves product safety. Other complaints will remain on file for CFIA reference during audits. Process Controls Upon the first shipment of each canned or ready-to-eat product from each processor, and subsequently when processes, products and /or suppliers are changed, we will receive copies of process information once per year from each supplier. This information will be in the form of a HACCP plan that identifies all critical control points applicable to the processing of that product or documentation from (identify process control authority) that details the process and attests to the safety of the product. We also ensure that suppliers confirm once per year when they make changes to their processes. Upon request, the company may obtain copies of specific monitoring records from the exporter. Corrective Action System Investigation of valid complaints questioning the safety of fish products will involve corrective actions. These will be completed by < >.
