Service Community
The Service community is made up of managers and the front line workers who provide services directly to citizens, businesses and non-Canadians by telephone, service counters, electronically or by mail.
The Organizational Readiness Office is undertaking demographic and other research to help the community identify future citizen needs and to provide a basis for the community to recommend programs and initiatives to help managers anticipate change and prepare their workforce to continue providing the high quality of service expected by Canadians.
