Workshops and Symposia
The
CIHR Institute of Cancer Research (
ICR) will provide partial support of workshops and symposia held in Canada, which have a direct relevance to cancer research.
ICR will normally contribute up to $15,000 towards the funding of a workshop and up to $20,000 towards the funding of a symposium. In order to apply, applicants are encouraged to use the following application form for workshop/symposia support [

guide for eligibility and instructions on where to address your application. There are three deadlines per year to submit an application, March 15, July 15 and November 15.
Each of the 13 CIHR Institutes has its own workshop application program. Please refer to the list of Workshop Funding Programs in the 13 CIHR Institutes to view the application deadlines for each Institute.
