The purpose of this advice is to inform users of the appropriate method of supply for the revised PBDA kit.
This information kit is designed to provide information on the PBDA and its process.

Please note that effective immediately, Forms Advices will be numbered starting with the current year followed by the number, i.e. 1999-001.

The revised PBDA kit can be ordered using the different methods listed below at a cost of $8.75 per kit from Canada Communication Group (CCG) Incorporated.
