Individual Call-ups made by a Designated User must not exceed the applicable
Call-up Limitations. Multiple Call-ups must not be issued in order to circumvent
competition.
In all cases, the Designated User may incorporate within the Call-up Limitations
indicated above up to a total of $5,000.00 of non-Standing Offer items (i.e.
accessories and components but not systems) on any Call-up.
Requirements exceeding the applicable Call-up Limitations can be procured
through the use of a Request for Volume Discount (RVD). Refer to Request
for Volume Discount page.
For Notebook Categories 1.0 to 5.0:
There are three (3) basic Call-up Limitations for Call-ups issued
for the purchase of Default Systems:
1. $100,000.00 Call-up Limitation, GST/HST included, for the Best Value
System in each Category (Lowest Evaluated Price).
2. $75,000.00 Call-up Limitation, GST/HST included, for the Systems
that achieve an Evaluated Price within an optimal range in each Category.
3. $40,000.00 Call-up Limitation, GST/HST included, for the remaining
Systems.
For the purchase of System Components only (i.e. Components that may be purchased
without the Default System) there is a $40,000.00 Call-up Limitation, GST/HST
included.

granted the opportunity to contract at the higher Call-up Limitations
of $200,000.00, GST/HST included, and $400,000.00,

provided the Offerors agrees to discount orders at 5% and 15% respectively.
Call-ups issued at this level must be processed by PWGSC and require
a funded requisition.
For Notebook Category 6.0 (UNIX):
For Call-ups issued for the purchase of Default System and/or System Components
there is a $40,000.00 Call-up Limitation, GST/HST included.
