Comments: Interviews for Temporary Resident Visas and Immigrant Visas
are by appointment only.
Applicants who wish to make an application for a Temporary Resident Visa (visitor, study permit, work permit, residency determination) must contact any of the following numbers using an NDD-enabled landline telephone to set a schedule for the pick up of their application. Once an application is received at our office, the applicant will be contacted by a visa officer if either an interview or additional documents is required.

An informational recording is available 24 hours a day. To speak
with a representative, call between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm
Monday to Saturday. You must be in the Philippines to be able

Applicants
cannot submit their applications directly to the Embassy.
General enquiries can be answered from 8:00 to 11:30 Monday to Thursday.
This includes service to Canadian citizens who have questions
pertaining to immigration matters. |
