Comments: Interviews for Temporary Resident Visas and Immigrant Visas are by appointment only.

Applicants who wish to make an application for a Temporary Resident Visa (visitor, study permit, work permit, residency determination) must contact any of the following numbers using an NDD-enabled landline telephone to set a schedule for the pick up of their application. Once an application is received at our office, the applicant will be contacted by a visa officer if either an interview or additional documents is required.

An informational recording is available 24 hours a day. To speak with a representative, call between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm Monday to Saturday. You must be in the Philippines to be able to access these numbers. Applicants cannot submit their applications directly to the Embassy.

General enquiries can be answered from 8:00 to 11:30 Monday to Thursday. This includes service to Canadian citizens who have questions pertaining to immigration matters.
