Enter your weight:  LBS   KGS
Enter time climbing stairs:  in minutes only
Enter time descending stairs:  in minutes only

If you always take the stairs, or if you always make a round trip on the stairs, simply track your total time and divide by 2 for trips up and down. However if, for instance, you walk upstairs only, or down stairs only, or disproportionately do one or the other, you will need to track the total time for each type of trip in order to calculate calories burned.

To track how many calories you burn over time climbing stairs, you can register as a participant by clicking here.
