2003-2004 Annual Report, CIHR Institute of Circulatory and Respiratory Health
It is with great pleasure that the
ICRH team announces the release of the 2003-2004 Annual Report of the
CIHR Institute of Circulatory and Respiratory Health (
ICRH). This is the third Annual Report of the inaugural
ICRH team. The Annual Report summarizes the achievements and work of the Institute over this past year. All people driven to understand heart, lung, and blood vessel health and disease or who work in or support the circulatory and respiratory sciences in Canada and abroad will greatly benefit from reading this document. It speaks to the directions that
ICRH and the Canadian circulatory and respiratory community are taking. As you will read,
ICRH and especially the research community have made much progress.
ICRH could not have accomplished all that it has this past year without the unfailing commitment, in time, expertise and resources, of its many partners, champions, researchers, trainees and supporters. On behalf of everyone at
ICRH, thanks to all for your continued encouragement and support of
ICRH's mission to develop a national research agenda for the circulatory and respiratory sciences that improves the health and wellbeing of all Canadians.
