Together with our partners in the research community, provinces, health charities, industry, and other countries, Canada has developed bold new approaches and innovative programs to enable our health research community to be internationally competitive and to translate the results of their research for the benefit of Canadians.
As a six-year old, I believe we are already making a difference, delivering on the mandate that was given to us by Parliament.
