Note that:
2. Print and read the following PDFs to familiarize yourself with the registration requirements.
3. Print and read the Guidelines for Completion for Registration.
4. Complete and print the registration pages of the Research Module - [Web forms], which includes the Applicant Consent form, pages 1,2,3,5,6,7 and the Summary of Research Proposal, by selecting the "Registration Pages Only" print option.
5. Complete and print the registration pages of the Common CV (Validated for CIHR) - http://www.commoncv.net/ [External site], which includes pages 1 and 2, by selecting "Finalize and submit my CV" and then selecting "Registration CV" in the options.
6. Complete Section 1 (page 1 for each year of funds requested) only of the Operating Budget Module - [Web forms].
7. Provide a letter detailing the affiliation between the applicant(s) and the industrial partner(s), and details about the in-kind contribution of the partner(s) (if applicable).
8. Complete the Innovation and Industry Program identification page - [PDF (220Kb) | Help] and place it on top of the original copy.
9. Send, by courier, 2 copies (1 original, 1 copy) of the registration package to:

An application number will be sent by e-mail to the Nominated Principal Applicant within 2 weeks after the registration deadline date. If, within two-weeks of registration, an email of Acknowledgement from CIHR has not been received, it is the responsibility of the applicant to contact CIHR. Each application number will be unique to the application in that competition. If, after registering, an applicant decides to cancel submission of the full application, CIHR should be notified of the withdrawal in writing.
