7. Complete the Common CV (Validated for CIHR) - http://www.commoncv.net/ [ External Site].

8. Complete the Industrial Partnership Module - [ Web Forms ].

9. Complete the Innovation and Industry Program identification page - [ PDF (220 KB) | Help ] and place it on top of the original copy.
