Deadline for application: At least 30 days prior to the faculty appointment start date.
Number of copies: 1 copy of application and appendices.
1. Review the CIHR General Guidelines for Salary Programs and the Senior Research Fellowship Guidelines.
2. Have your PIN ready.
3. Have a letter from the Dean or Director confirming the appointment to a full-time faculty position.
4. Have page 1 of the Research Module - [Web Forms] completed and duly countersigned by the appropriate authorities at the institution where the award is held. Page 1 is generated by completing the "Research Funding Program(s)" and "Project" sections of the Research Module.
5. Complete the "Summary of Progress" attachment as described in the "Text to be Attached" section of the Research Module.
6. Have Appendix 2 (A) of the Research Module completed by the Head of the Department where the award will be held.
7. Complete the Common CV (for CIHR) - http://www.commoncv.net/ [ External Site ].
8. Send 1 copy by courier to:
