By listening to Canadians across the country we can determine what information you need and the types of programs and services you want. We listen actively to the opinions of Canadians so that the Government of Canada can respond.
Advertising Research
We conduct national research to test and evaluate Government of Canada advertising and marketing campaigns.
Canada Pavilion
We visit fairs and exhibitions across the country where visitors can obtain information on government programs and services, and speak directly with Government of Canada representatives.
Listening to Canadians
Surveys conducted three times a year, which measure Canadians' views on public policy priorities, and their assessment of how the Government of Canada serves Canadians in responding to those priorities.

The 1 800 O-Canada and the Canada Site services generate activity reports on the most frequently requested programs and services. These reports help identify the key issues and concerns of Canadians.
