Institute of Genetics - Operating Grants Competition - Bridge Support Funding for one year

The Institute of Genetics will fund applications that were submitted to CIHR's September 2005 Operating Grants competition that support research on the human and other genomes and on all aspects of genetics, basic biochemistry and cell biology related to health and disease, including the translation of knowledge into health policy and practice, and the societal implications of genetic discoveries.

A total of nine applications have been approved for bridge support funding at a total cost of $993,015.
