FLU SEASON

Winter is the most common time to catch influenza, so be sure to take some precautions. The flu can be particularly serious for seniors and people with chronic health conditions.

  • Stay healthy by eating well and exercising regularly.
  • Protect yourself with a yearly flu shot.
  • Practise good cough manners by using tissues when coughing or sneezing.
  • Wash your hands often and thoroughly.
  • Stay home if you are sick with the flu.
