Canadian Adverse Reaction Newsletter
A reputable source of adverse reaction information alerting health professionals to potential signals detected through the review of case reports submitted to Health Canada.

Consumer Products
Advisories and warnings to help educate the Canadian public about potential health risks associated with the unsafe use of certain consumer products.

Drug and Medical Device Recall Listings
General information about drugs and medical devices that have been recalled from the Canadian market place by the responsible establishments, such as manufacturers, importers, distributors.

Food & Nutrition
The latest information on food recalls and allergy alerts.

Adverse Reaction Reporting

You can report an adverse reaction or a problem with a product. Reporting may include adverse reactions related to the use of drugs, blood products, natural health products and vaccines, or problems related to the safe use other products such as cosmetics, a range of household, child and consumer electronic products, medical devices, pesticides and food.
