Foreign Direct Deposit
The Government of Canada recently implemented a new arrangement for the issuance of payments to people living abroad. These measures were put into place to respond directly to complaints from pensioners in foreign countries.
To take full advantage of this new arrangement, foreign direct deposit is being
offered to recipients living in the United States of America,
the United Kingdom, Australia,
Switzerland and other European
countries.
A new input form has been designed to support the capture of key information
from pensioners wishing to receive their Government of Canada Pension payments
as a direct deposit in the following foreign countries:
Australia
Europe
Switzerland
United Kingdom
United States
