Panjwaii District Centre, Afghanistan, November 30, 2006 – At Shams-E-Dinkar High School, a student receives a Canadian-donated backpack full of school supplies from civil-military co-operation worker Corporal David vanEnckevort (right) of the Kandahar Provincial Reconstruction Team based at Camp Nathan Smith in Kandahar City. The Provincial Reconstruction Team, which includes about 200 CF members as well as police, diplomats and development workers, conducts stabilization and development projects to reinforce the authority of the Afghan government in Kandahar Province.
