The Department of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Aquaculture, Fisheries and Aquaculture Division, is once again hosting the popular seafood barbecue demonstrations at parks, festivals, campgrounds, exhibitions and other special events from Tignish to Souris over the summer months. Demonstrators will have free samples, recipes, and lots of information on selecting, preparing and storing seafood.
