Level 2 Courses

These courses aim to familiarize First Nation community middle managers with respect to their responsibilities regarding the topic. These courses last up to three days.

The course objectives are to:

  • Provide training to existing managers, supervisors and foremen to ensure that their services are provided in a timely, effective and efficient manner to the satisfaction of Band members and Band administrators/council;
  • Foster First Nation community organizations which are oriented toward customer satisfaction, performance improvement and staff development; and
  • Encourage the capability of self-sufficiency within the communities represented for the complete supervision of the services provided.
