Regulatory Proposals

Proposed Regulations Amending the Hazardous Products (Glazed Ceramics and Glassware) Regulations

Proposed amendments to the Hazardous Products (Glazed Ceramics and Glassware) Regulations pursuant to the Hazardous Product Act are being prepared for publication in the Canada Gazette, Part I.

Please note that all future notices regarding the proposed amendments will be posted to this page of the Health Canada website, so you may wish to refer back to it every so often.

In addition, we are migrating to an electronic format for stakeholder information distribution to increase our efficiency and response time. This means we will be exclusively using faxes and electronic mail rather than conventional lettermail. Please forward the e-mail and/or fax contact for your company or association to the address below.

We welcome any comments or concerns, and thank you in advance for your continued co-operation.
