Winnipeg in motion is pleased to be able to offer delegates at the 7^th Canadian Immunization Conference a number of opportunities to get “in motion” while in Winnipeg.

So be sure to come prepared with your runners and comfortable clothing for being active.

Each morning Winnipeg in motion staff and volunteers will be on hand to guide delegates on an indoor walk or an outdoor run throughout the downtown and scenic Forks areas.

Watch for additional information in your conference registration package on the variety of activities planned.

Winnipeg in motion will provide you with an opportunity to walk or run as a group led by local volunteers.

Come prepared to run outdoors or walk indoors, join us in the front lobby of the Winnipeg Convention Centre (375 York) at 6:30 a.m.

Look for volunteers wearing brightly coloured Winnipeg in motion shirts to start your “in motion” day!

Dress for the weather! Indoor walkers will be required to walk outdoors for a block or two before heading indoors.
