The Dental Care Plan Board of Management is responsible for the overall administration of the Plan, resolving members' complaints regarding eligibility of claims disputes with the Administrator, monitoring the claims settlement performance of the Administrator, and recommending changes to the Plan.

Claims Appeals with respect to the "Public Service Dental Care Plan", should be sent by regular mail, with the pertinent information necessary for the adjudication of the claim to the National Joint Council.
