Internship Proposal Kit

In order for an internship proposal to be assessed it must include a properly completed Internship Application Form, and be accompanied by the following information:

  • The knowledge and skills that the intern could acquire.
  • The description of the internship.
  • The minimum qualifications and skills required of the candidate.

In addition, the person requesting the internship has to commit to respecting the objectives and requirements of the Program and to sign an agreement that outlines rules of behaviour and other related issues, if the proposal is accepted.

The request must be sent by fax to the Program office at (819) 934-7613 as soon as possible.

The Program office will advise all host organizations of the status of their proposal. Hiring will be staggered through-out the year.
