About These Tools
The recruitment tools presented here were developed to facilitate the use of the competency profiles developed for service delivery agents (http://www.solutions.gc.ca/oro-bgc/tool/profiles-profils/profiles-profils00_e.asp). Comments on the tools are welcome. The pilot of the recruitment tools has been carried out, with success. The Study revealed that the managers and the candidates thought that the recruitment process was valid and easy to use. Comments on the tools are welcome.
