Rice or Macaroni with Tuna

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of tuna
  • 3 cups of rice or elbow macaroni
  • veggies of your choice (I recommend peas and carrots)
  • 1 can of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup of grated cheese

Directions:

  • Make rice according to instructions.
  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • In a casserole dish, place mushroom soup, drained tuna, veggies and rice together and mix.
  • Top with grated cheese and pop in the oven for 10 minutes of until cheese is melting and gooey.
  • Cool and enjoy!
