Directions: |
Feed this medicated feed as the sole ration for three weeks.
Tylosin tartrate medicated drinking water should be provided for the first
three days of treatment or until symptoms disappear. |

NOTE: |
1. Treatment following positive diagnosis involves placing the
swine on water medication consisting of one gram of tylosin tartrate per 3.785
litres of drinking water. This should be given for three days or until symptoms
disappear.
2. Concurrent with drinking water therapy, a tylosin phosphate medicated swine
feed is to be fed as the sole ration.
3. After concurrent therapy of the drinking water and the feed, as set above
in program steps 1 and 2, a prophylactic swine feed is to be fed. |

WARNING: |
1. Swine treated concurrently with this drug in the complete
feed and with tylosin tartrate in drinking water must not be slaughtered for
use in food for at least 48 hours after the latest treatment with tylosin in
drinking water. |

CAUTION: |
1. Do not use in feeds containing pellet binding agents with the
exception of Lignosol (4%) and Agri-Colloid (0.3%). Do not use in any
supplement, concentrate or complete feed containing bentonite. (Premix and
supplement labels only).

Swine Dysentery appears sporadically in swine herds in

commencing prior to an anticipated outbreak of disease. |

To reduce the incidence of Liver Abscesses
caused by Actinomyces pyogenes and
Fusobacterium necrophorum in beef
cattle (steers and heifers) fed in confinement for slaughter. |
