November 18, 1997, please note the following change in Appendix I. The malaria
risk information for Brazil should be replaced with the following:
"Rural areas of Acre, Amazonas, Goias, Maranhao, Mato Grosso and Para States;
and territories of Tocantins, Amapa, Rondonia, Roraima. Note: No risk for
travellers to coastal states from the horn to Uruguay border and Iguassu Falls."
