The General Social Survey: an overview
Abstract
This document provides a comprehensive reference to the information available
from the General Social Survey (GSS). It provides a description of the content
of each of the 18 GSS cycles (e.g. time use, social support, education, the
family), as well as background information, target population and collection
methodology. A list of the products and services available from each cycle is
also included.
