This hands-on workshop will give you a new awareness of your time management strengths and weaknesses as well as provide you with practical tools to help you use your time more efficiently. The goal of the session is for you to leave with a personalized time management plan. Efficient use of time will ensure you focus on your goals, reduce stress, give you more free time, eliminate unnecessary activities and allow you to focus on what is important to you.
