Welcome to the CADRMP Adverse Reaction Database, developed by Health Canada's Canadian Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Program (CADRMP). You can use this database to access information concerning suspected adverse reactions to Canadian marketed health products of pharmaceuticals, biologics (including blood products and therapeutic and diagnostic vaccines), natural health products, and radiopharmaceuticals, as reported to Health Canada through voluntary and mandatory reporting measures.

Canadian Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Program (CADRMP) Online Query and Data Extract Updated to Include Second Quarter 2006 Data (1965 - 06/2006)

The Marketed Health Products Directorate updated the Canadian Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Program (CADRMP) Online Query and Data Extract. This updated data provides the public with information concerning suspected adverse reactions, occurring in Canada in association with marketed health products, which have been reported to Health Canada from 1965 to June 2006.

There are two ways you can access information using this database.

Online Query: You can search a subset of the CADRMP Adverse Reaction Database. Please note, this subset of the database is updated quarterly.

Data Extract Files: You can download ASCII data extract text files of the CADRMP Adverse Reaction Database.

Please note that the subset of the CADRMP AR database is updated on a quarterly basis. The following material originates with an organization not subject to the Official Languages Act and is available on this site in the language in which it was provided. To use the CADRMP Adverse Reaction Database you must first read and confirm your understanding of the following information.
