Help with Accessibility

Accessibility notice: While every reasonable effort has been made to ensure the accessibility of this site, some content or services found here might be inaccessible to some visitors. In those circumstances, the contact information for someone who can assist you has been provided.

PDF - Portable Document Format

Note: To read the Portable Document Format (PDF) version you need Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0 (or later) on your system. See the section entitled "Viewers" below to download Acrobat Reader.  If you choose not to use Acrobat Reader you can have the Portable Document Format (PDF) file converted to HTML or ASCII text by using one of the conversion services offered by Adobe.

Having difficulty with a PDF? In the event that you have trouble accessing an on-line fillable PDF or a very large PDF file found on this website, you can simply save a copy to your computer's hard drive or network. Position the cursor on the PDF link, click the right mouse button and choose "Save file as.". Once the PDF is saved, you should then be able to access it. You must have "Adobe Writer" in order to write to and save the file.

RTF - Rich Text Format
To view the Rich Text Format (RTF) version, use the document conversion features available in most modern word processing software, or use a file viewer capable of reading Rich Text Format (RTF) -- see the section entitled "Viewers" below.

Web Browsers
A Web browser is the software program you use to access the World Wide Web. Browsers come with a variety of helpful features. For the most up-to-date information about your browser and a complete tutorial, check your browser's Help menu or go to the Web site of the company that made it.

Multimedia Applications
If you have problems accessing the multimedia applications, you may want to download and install a free copy of Windows Media Player (version 6 or higher) or Real Player (version 5 or higher) and try again.
