The Super Dooper Deluxe Salad of Healthy Ingredients

Ingredients:
- 1 or 2 cups of sliced chicken
- mayonnaise
- crushed pineapples (or other preferred fruit)
- salt & pepper (to taste)
- lettuce
- hard-boiled eggs (sliced)
- cheese (your choice of cheese; grated)
- croutons
Directions:
- Mix chicken, crushed pineapples, and mayonnaise.
- Season with salt and pepper,
- Serve on lettuce.
- Garnish with cheese, sliced eggs, croutons.
- Chill and serve.
Food groups included:
- Grain (croutons)
- Dairy (cheese)
- Meat & meat alternatives (chicken, eggs)
- Fruit & vegetables (pineapples, lettuce)
