How your feedback is used

The comments that were provided on the Scoping Paper have been considered by Health Canada and Environment Canada officials as they prepared the advice that we expect to offer to the Parliamentary Committee, which will conduct the formal review of CEPA 1999.

Any information or comments provided in respect of the paper have been treated in accordance with the Privacy Act and the Access to Information Act.

Comments were received up to February 11, 2005. What has been heard both through this forum, and the companion regional workshop series have been summarized. These summaries are available on this site. These reports highlight "trends" but we have not attributed comments to individual people/organizations.
