Please find below, for information purposes only,
a revised draft of the proposed Guidelines for the Reduction
of Ethylene Oxide Releases from Sterilization Applications. The proposed Guidelines were
published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on April 3, 2004 for a 60-day comment period. The
comment period ended on June 2, 2004. Comments received during that period were considered in
the preparation of this revised draft. Note that information contained in this document is
still subject to change pending final approval. Once final approval is received, the
Guidelines will be published in Part I of the
Canada Gazette.
