The Proposed Notice and comments received provided the framework for the preparation of a draft Final Notice.

Attached for your information is the Draft Final Notice as well as a document entitled Revisions and Response to Comments that presents the revisions made to the Proposed Notice as well as Environment Canada's response to comments received.

Note that the draft Final Notice and the information contained in the Revisions and Response to Comments document are still subject to change pending final approval.
