[5-1-o] CANADA MARINE ACT Toronto Port Authority — Supplementary Letters Patent BY THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORT WHEREAS Letters Patent were issued by the Minister of Transport for the Toronto Port Authority (the "Authority") under the authority of the Canada Marine Act effective June 8, 1999; WHEREAS the President of the Treasury Board and the Minister of Finance have approved the amendment of subsection 7.2(j) of the Letters Patent to authorize the construction of a bridge or tunnel across the Western Gap of the Toronto harbour to provide access to the Toronto City Centre Airport; WHEREAS by Order in Council P.C. 2003-1753 of November 5, 2003, the Governor in Council approved the amendment of section 9.2 of the Letters Patent to increase the limit on the power of the Authority to borrow money from $2,000,000 to $27,000,000; AND WHEREAS the board of directors of the Authority has requested the Minister of Transport to issue these Supplementary Letters Patent. NOW THEREFORE under the authority of section 9 of the Canada Marine Act, the Letters Patent are amended as follows: 1. Subsection 7.2(j) of the Letters Patent is replaced by the following:
