The objective of the project described in this report was to conduct industrial-scale tests to prove the validity of a new technology for extracting and recovering hexavalent chromium from plating rinse waters. The report presents an overview of the project, a description of the plating facility, chromium removal tests, regeneration and recycling tests, and conclusions and recommendations.
