The Bureau's research scientists develop partnerships with academia/research institutes and participate in specialized, interdisciplinary research projects in the areas of toxicology, chemistry, and epidemiology; their findings are widely published in scientific literature.
The Bureau holds expert capacity in key areas including:
- Endocrine disruption,
- Genetics,
- Biotechnology,
- Inhalation toxicology,
- Reproductive toxicology,
- Neurotoxicology,
- Pharmacokinetics,
- Immunology,
- Metabolism,
