Erratum

The Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) Program announced changes to dental benefits in the October 2005 Dental Bulletin. This bulletin indicates the changes were effective on June 1, 2005. Although the changes were initially announced in the June 2005 Dental Bulletin, the changes were effective July 1, 2005.
