  • The International Institute for Industrial Environmental Economics at Lund University, Sweden, promotes sustainable development by conducting research in the area of cleaner production and disseminating information about preventive environmental strategies to decision makers.

  • The New Zealand Business Council for Sustainable Development is a coalition of leading New Zealand companies that strives to achieve sustainable development leadership in the New Zealand business community.

  • The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development is an international organization of member countries that provide governments with a forum to discuss, develop and perfect a vast array of economic, environmental and social policies.

  • The United States Environmental Protection Agency provides national leadership in environmental science, research and education, develops and implements regulatory programs and policies that focus upon improving the global environment. The US EPA has dedicated an entire site to Extended Producer Responsibility.
