Waste or other matter that may be disposed of at sea

This list contains substances that, under the Convention on the Prevention of Marine Pollution by Dumping of Wastes and Other Matter, otherwise known as the London Convention, 1972, and the 1996 Protocol to the Convention, are allowed to be disposed of at sea.

Schedule 5, Waste or Other Matter, as stated in the Act.
