Current Regulations

Storage of PCB Material Regulations (SOR/92-507)


The Regulations concern the storage of materials, wastes or equipment containing more than fifty parts per million chlorobiphenyls (PCBs). The Regulations include provisions for secure access, maintenance and storage practices, fire protection, emergency planning, labelling, record maintenance and reporting waste inventories.
