The Trilateral Cooperation members meet in the spring and the fall of each year to advance the groups strategic objectives. During the Mid-Year Meeting in April, members review progress and define solutions for moving forward on current priorities under each area of cooperation. The Annual Meeting in October, which includes a meeting of the Heads of Delegation, is devoted to a year-end review, an evaluation of outcomes, and priority setting for the following year.

Each country host the meetings on an annual rotation basis (Canada-Mexico-US):
