SUBJECT: AREA RECOMMENDATION FOR REGISTRATION UNDER THE MEAT INSPECTION ACT AND REGULATIONS OF A NEW ESTABLISHMENT LOCATED AT <Legal establishment address>, <City>, <Province>


Please be advised that the construction of the above establishment has been completed in keeping with the Area accepted blueprints dated <date on original application form> and the establishment meets all applicable requirements as per subsection 27.(3) of the Meat Inspection Regulations, 1990.

The final inspection was conducted by <responsible Area Operation officer name> on <date of final inspection>.

I recommend the registration of the establishment under the Meat Inspection Act and the Meat Inspection Regulations, 1990 as per the original application forms that were previously submitted to your office with a letter indicating the Area conditional acceptance of the drawings for this project.
